Coconut and lemon grass curry

I find it quite enjoyable creating new recipes - sometimes it be might something that i may have already made before but with only a few changes of which usually creates a different taste time and again.

To make the best tasting and looking food you need to be ready to have fun with the preparation process- it could be by playing your favourite song in the back ground or perhaps simply by thinking about what kind of taste you would like the food to taste like after you are done cooking.
