simple but mighty for those mornings when you want to go all the way with your breakfast by just making a few changes to your everyday breakfast you will find that you will be looking forward to every morning to making some thing new for yourself or your family and friends- so let the secret chef share some of her best breakfast bowls with you.


serves 1 person

Ready in 5 mnts




you will need :

  • A bag of lifeforce fruit and nut museli

  • oat milk or dairy

  • cinnamon

  • 1 banana

  • soya yoghurt or dairy


method
pour a cup of muesli into a bowl then add 1 sliced banana
pour some milk onto the side as it it will all mix itself in after
then add some yoghurt
cinnamon then serve


As the portions above only serve one - you can always add in more and that is according to how many people you will be serving.
