steak and asparagus with a glass of red wine

For steak dinners - and its always best to smaple out a few wines such as reds to balance the tastes evenly becuase if the tastes are not balanced , well it kind of ruins the excitement for your whole meal- but anyways worry not for i found one perfect bottle of wine that complimented my steak and asparagus dinner. #pablo old vine garnacha made in spain


you will need:

  • sirloin steak

  • asparagus

  • green olives

  • basil

  • mustard seesd

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • garlic ( finely sliced)


method

fry up your sirloin steak on high heat together with all the ingredients - then to the chopping boardd move chopping board for slicing .


Then using the same frying pan you had used for the steak fry the asparagus for five minutes .

Then serve-add olives and basil on top after and drizzle the remainder of the juices on top .
